*THE PFISTER HOTEL in downtown Milwaukee -- I play in all three music venues in the hotel and here's where you'll find me:

Private and corporate events include dates at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, Harley Davidson Museum, The Pfister Hotel, Tripoli Shrine Center, Westmoor Country Club, Milwaukee Country Club, Blue Mound Country Club, The Woman's Club of Wisconsin and The Wisconsin Club, all in greater Milwaukee -- plus weddings at Villa Terrace, The Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, The University Club and The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, The Pres House in Madison and the Chicago Ritz-Carlton, Drake Hotel and Barrington's White House in greater Chicagoland.

Concerts
I do concerts at beautiful theaters. I also do concerts in living rooms and at senior living communities. My motto is "I bring the nightclub to you". I also do virtual performances via Zoom and Facebook Live. Here's where I'm bringing the nightclub this summer:

In greater Milwaukee: Linden Grove, Chai Point, Elizabeth Residence Bayside, The Lutheran Home, Newcastle Place, Silverado North Shore, St. Camillus, Tudor Oaks, Howard Village, Milwaukee Jewish Home, Avalon Square, Towner Crest and Village at Manor Park.

Elsewhere in Wisconsin: Arbor Village at Geneva Crossing in Lake Geneva; Oakwood Village University Woods in Madison; Fairhaven in Whitewater, and Shorehaven and Wilkinson Woods in Oconomowoc.

In greater Chicagoland: Trulee Evanston and Three Crowns Park (Evanston)

Many of these concerts are private performances but guests are often welcome. Also please note that Covid-19 protocols may remain in place at some communities. For specific date and time info, please contact me.

June 2023 -- Sunset Playhouse SideNotes Cabaret Series: "It's My Party: Hits of the 1950s and 1960s" June 8-11 -- a sold-out run of my part-concert/part-singalong show.


December 2022 -- Chicago Cabaret Professionals holiday show "Merry Measures" at Davenport's Piano Bar and Cabaret.

October 2022 -- Chicago Cabaret Professionals annual gala 'The Stars Come Out at Night" at Epiphany Center for the Arts.

June 2022 -- Sunset Playhouse SideNotes Cabaret Series: Broadway Blockbuster Singalong June 8-12 -- another rousing success!!

May 2021 - June 2022 -- Saint Kate-The Arts Hotel, downtown Milwaukee theater district. Weekly piano/vocal gig featuring primarily Broadway showtunes.

August 2021 - I was featured in a Chicago Cabaret Professionals special event at Le Piano celebrating our Circle of Song members.

March 2021 - I made my fifth appearance on New York City's Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC) award winning show PIANO BAR LIVE! hosted by producer and NYC cabaret legend Scott Barbarino and assistant producer Tony Javed. The show streams on Piano Bar Live's YouTube channel Piano Bar Live. The archived show is available to view at your convenience.

September 2020 - Skylight Night in Catalano Square in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. Pre-show piano and vocals while attendees wined and dined and supported Skylight Music Theatre.

August 2019 -- Congregation Shalom Musical Kaleidoscope Series presented my trio in concert. Michael Britz on bass, Michael "Ding" Lorenz on drums and yours truly regaled one of the best audiences ever with a Nat King Cole tribute and of course Broadway showtunes.

August 2019 -- Another delightful visit to the Spring Creek Church Friday concert series, this time featuring me on piano and vocals plus one of my favorite bassists, Tom McGirr.

June 2019 -- Sunset Playhouse SideNotes Cabaret Series presented my show BROADWAY BLOCKBUSTER SINGALONG June 13-16. Sold-out audiences enjoyed performances by my trio (me on piano/vocals, Michael "Ding" Lorenz on drums [Jim Ryan for the Saturday show] and Michael Britz on bass) and special guest appearances by quintuple threat (actor/dancer/singer/director/choreographer), Sunset favorite and all-around swell guy Karl Miller and SideNotes producer, the one and only Peggy Peterson Ryan.

March 2019 -- "In L-O-V-E with Nat King Cole" -- sold-out centennial tribute to the late great Mr. Cole presented at Skokie Theatre, featuring Daryl Nitz, Beckie Menzie, Mark Burnell, Greta Pope, Frieda Lee, Ester Hana and yours truly. With Jim Cox on bass and Phil Gratteau on drums.

September 2018 -- Sopra Mare Cafe at Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, Milwaukee -- I was featured on solo piano selections on this long-running Sunday morning musicale in the Mercury Courtyard.

June 2017-August 2018 -- pianist at Von Maur at The Corners of Brookfield. To the wonderful staff, management and customers--thanks for the memories!!!!

September 2017 -- Singer/actor Doug Clemons and I performed several duets in "More of Loesser", a new show in the popular Charles Troy Presents series, at the Skokie Theater.

June 2015 -- Chicago Cabaret Professionals DREAM TEAMS OF SONG, the season opener on the MUSICAL MONDAYS series at the Victory Gardens Biograph Theatre: we received a rave review from Chicago Tribune jazz critic Howard Reich for our show, directed by Joan Curto and music direction by Mark Burnell, in which I performed solo numbers and also accompanied the fabulous Liz Norton and Daryl Nitz.

August-October 2014 -- Ongoing engagement at The Crystal Lounge in The Merion Hotel in Evanston, IL.

July 2014 -- I performed my newest solo concert, "THE WAY WE WERE: Favorite Female Singers of the Early '70s", to a full house at the Vernon Area Library in Lincolnshire, IL, as part of their 40th anniversary celebration. The show features songs written or made famous by artists such as Carole King, Carly Simon, Barbra Streisand, Karen Carpenter, Bette Midler, Dionne Warwick and many others.

August 2013 -- National Governors Association Annual Meeting, Milwaukee -- I was very honored to perform at two events held at Pier Wisconsin during the governors' convention.

August 2013 -- National Ability Center fundraising dinner, Chicago -- I provided piano/vocal entertainment at a private event in downtown Chicago for this esteemed Park City, Utah-based nonprofit organization.

July 2013 -- Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers -- Violinist Gina Wood and I provided the music for the annual suiteholders reception in the Lambeau Field Atrium. GO PACKERS!!!

November 2012 -- I performed for a very special community-wide Veterans Day luncheon at the Waukegan Township Park Place, sharing the stage with the Navy Band Great Lakes, the North Chicago JROTC Color Guard and the Waukegan High School Drill Team. What an honor to salute the area's veterans with a special concert!

June 2010 -- Skokie Theatre Music Foundation presented "VOICE OF AMERICA: Saluting American Popular Music during the Wartime Years", a patriotic revue featuring vocalists Jeanne Scherkenbach, Joel Kopischke, Rachel Renee, Matt Richardson and me (performer and musical director) singing favorite songs from World Wars I and II, the Korean and Vietnam years and Operation Desert Storm. Songs included "You're a Grand Old Flag", "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "I'll Be Seeing You", "Tie a Yellow Ribbon" and many more -- and ChicagoCritic.com said "Pianist/singer Carolyn Wehner brings music and a fine voice to the show."

March 2010 -- Davenport's Piano Bar and Cabaret, Chicago -- "Be Our Guest", the final installment of the annual Chicago Cabaret Professionals March Series highilighted the best of Broadway from 1980 to the present. Shared the stage with Anne & Mark Burnell, Paul Motondo and Tommy Hensel; a very enthusiastic sold-out house enjoyed songs from Beauty and the Beast, The Producers, Avenue Q, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Assassins and more.

October 2009 -- Park West Theatre, Chicago -- Chicago Cabaret Professionals Annual Gala Benefit Concert, "Put On Your Sunday Clothes", a celebration of the best of Chicago cabaret. I did a set during the cocktail hour show, joined by vocalist Pam Peterson on our arrangement of the Stevie Wonder classic, "Don't You Worry 'bout a Thing".

September 2009 - Drury Lane Theatre at Water Tower Place, Chicago -- "Let's Do It With Cole Porter", my second appearance on the critically acclaimed Musical Mondays on the Magnificent Mile cabaret series. A marvelous evening of elegant music, performing along with Anne & Mark Burnell, Joan Curto, Jen Chada and Rob Lindley.
